Said player gets escorted out of casino.

Said player eats lunch and calls the casino for a comp room, the comp room is issued and said player returns to the casino to receive the room.

I'm gonna give it a try I think.

I'm looking at the ms laws and their are two seperate ones for tresspassing, one talks about returning after a warning, and another talks about entering without permission and mentions not being applicable to guests or people coming for lawfull buisness purposes, which really could be anybody if the property is a public buisness like a casino.

They are two different sections so I'm a lil confused

Here the index of the applicable laws I could find

Ugh. Why not get a comp someplace else? I'd be a bit scarred about defending myself in front of a jury if I'd been recently trespassed at a place and then came back for a hotel room.

I'm assuming this is a trespass, and not just a backoff.

What the law may say is meaningless. Do you think you could get a fair trial on this without spending many times whatever it is worth?

It's not all that uncommon for a casino to rescind a barring and invite the patron back (seldom for APs). I'm no attorney, and I could be wrong, but an offer of a free room sure sounds like an invitation to ME!

False arrest lawsuit, maybe??

I agree that an offer of a free room would be rescinding a barring. But this situation was about going back within a day or two. I wouldn't do that personally.

An old expression comes to mind: "looking for trouble." It's not always about winning and losing., or having the last word. You get backed off-- leave respectfully. Don't push the envelope.

I got BOd from a place that still sends me room comps. But then again I can play any game there except for BJ.

What I would do is take the room, but stay as far away from the casino area as possible. I would keep ALL documentation for this comped room. Then I would wait my usual 6 months before going back to play on a different shift. My saved documentation would be my "ace in the hole", just in case they tried something stupid, such as arresting me.
