Someone did that to me yesterday and got pissed when I surrendered my 16 v X! Thats what they get for putting chips on my spot..

That's weird, they don't have to surrender if they don't want to. There's no reason for them to get pissed.

Someone f^cked up then cause I got half my money back and so did she..
I didn't know that I can turn them down so next time they do that I'm gonna tell them no.. for some reason it really bothers me when people do that. Everytime I do a move they don't like they get all pissy and have something obnoxious to say. If your gonna play, sit down use your own circle and deviate from BS all you want! Ugh, yesterday was the ploppy/tourist day from hell. The crap that came out these ppl's mouth's you wouldn't believe...

You can both surrender, too, of course.
Like everything in a casino, you're better off thinking about how you might turn something to your advantage, rather than just complaining about it.

There's some enormous hostility at these tables, some of it thinly disguised racial hostility too. They see us playing big and often winning big, and they take it as a melodrama of how "the man" is screwing them to enrich himself, yet again.
One of the nastiest experiences was at a table full of Caribbeans who were howling every time I won and they lost. Every hand they lost was my fault, so they said, and I just smiled and stacked up my chips like a great big middle finger. Then one of them started shouting that those chips rightfully belonged to them, and that's a dangerous situation when street people start convincing themselves that what's yours is theirs. Fortunately my shift was over soon and I got out of there.

Did you make two smaller stacks on each side of the larger one?

OK, i'm finally getting around to trying the trainer on here. I also tried to make a basic strategy table. Can someone tell me if Foxwoods:
1.) has insurance? (trainer asks for it)
2.) Is it double any two cards or only certain cards? (9/10 or 9/10/11) strategy engine asks this.
Thank you

YES to both questions.
p.s. C.B.J.N. is $13 per issue for a soft copy.

OK, has anyone had problems with the trainer on here not jiving with the strategy engine?
I did the following:
entered this in the basic strategy engine:
8 decks
dealer stands on S17
double any two cards
late surrender
dealer peeks
entered this in the trainer:
8 decks
dealer stands on soft 17
double any card
double after split ok
early surrender
never offer insurance
Trying to set myself up to play at foxwoods. the problem I've been having while playing is that probably 1 out of every 10-15 hands I keep plugging in what the chart says but the strategy trainer tells me I'm not following basic strategy. There seems to be ever so subtle differences between the chart and the trainer. Has anyone else had this problem? I did not record the hands which gave me problems, but I will do that as I play and list them.
I guess the only question i have (other than why this is happening) is what part of the chart do I follow when:
1.) Say I get a A-3. I follow the chart row for A-3. I hit and now I have a A-3-4, the program adds that as 8. Do I then go to the top of the chart and follow the row for 8? (even though I still have a ace in hand)
Thanks
