This casino can suck my D***.

Don't play there, and tell all others not to play there.

You need alot of competition to keep these robbers in check, and your Gov. doesn't allow it.

F### them, one and all!

Creeping Panther,

On the main floor, they have restricted doubling in shoe games whereby you can double on 9,10 and 11. No soft doubling is allowed at all. What do u think?

You make me laugh with your previous post.

Default Soft doubling/Premium Blackjack

Hi there

I am interested in the last post which said there was no soft doubling anymore.

I was at Crown mid October and played in one of the side rooms (Monte Carlo??) where there was Premium BJ. You could double any two cards.

Are you saying they will stop this?

Even though there were 8 decks the penetration was more than 85%. It was the probably the best table to play at on that day. The pit crew are used to big betting and huge spreads from the Asian gamblers so no heat.

Charles,

The Monte Carlo room and the Teak Rooms are VIP-oriented areas but the difference between the two is that Monte Carlo room is accessible to the public. Yes, you can double on any first two cards but on the main floor, doubling is restricted to 9,10 and 11 only. My understanding is that all these games are H17 split to three hands no late surrender and hole card game. Monte Carlo room has a minimum of $ 30 and maximum fo $ 1200 so in order to be enjoy long-term success, youll need a large bank roll of at least $ 60,000 or more because since its H17, youll need to employ a larger spread.

In terms of penetration, most dealers only give 75% to 80% penetration at best. There a couple of new dealers who could give more but penetration is generally around that range.

Default Could have been the Teak room

It was a 50 minimum table 2500 max and definitely no public access. They lady at the doorway asked for my mahog card.

Bankroll was 30K.
I my bets were between 50 and 500 with one max bet but in hindsight that was overbetting. I hadnt seen many aces and the TC was high.

I thought I was going to get screwed on soft 17 more often but she ended up pulling 8's and 10's and not 4's. It just so happened the soft 17's came at a high TC and I got away with it.

Im sure Auckland Pacific room has double any two card but the dealer doesnt draw on soft 17. Its not that expensive to fly to Auckland and they have a special deal on this weekend. You buy in for 25K and get 26K worth of chips!

I dont know the full story but the VIP host spelled it out like that. They must be non negotiable chips.

Default Gnw

Hello CP

Can you elaborate on where the heck GNW is?

I have never played $3 min Blackjack. I imagine the table to be full of elderly ladies with purple hair.

Cheers
