Royal Flush

I hit my first Royal Flush last night on a JOB, 9/6. Had 3 to the Royal, the machine was super hot before and after and I had a strong feeling I was going to hit it. Nice feeling.

I also like to relax with a fine VP games, sit down, throw my legs over the vacant seat next to me and relax.

Yes many congrats CP. I'm still waiting for my first RF which is not likely now that I have given up on the idea. I just became too frustrated waiting. My only VP play, now comes as I play thru my cashback the required one time.

Well, I finally hit my first and probably last Royal last night. Its kind of funny because after playing quite a bit for a year, I had pretty much given up on VP play. I only play through my cashback bonuses one time as required before cashing out and guess what?? :)

Out of all the times I've held 4 cards drawing for that elusive fifth, last night I only held 2 and drew the other 3. go figure.

It was a great feeling, but hitting it doesn't bring me back to even from the time I started playing, but it does come close enough that with all the cashback and bonus points, comps, and other offers, and higher player's club tier level, I think it was worth it. Also great cover.

you guys are making me jealous. I play perfect 9/6 JOB strategy and I have yet to hit a straight flush or royal on the standard one line VP machine. Instead, betting the 50 cent minimum I lost $40 as I got one flush the entire time and no 4 of a kinds and no full houses if u can believe that. And yes I know I should bet the full $2.50, but I didn't want to risk putting a dent in my winnings.

Congrats on having perhaps the greatest high available in a casino, hitting the Royal Flush. Holding 2 and hitting the 3 is even better.:celebrate

Well thanx CP, it definately is an instant high, all of the sudden bells are ringing and people looking, especially when unexpected as this was only holding 2 cards, but I have to disagree about the greatest high available in the casino. Since blackjack is my greatest love, I get no bigger high than playing well and having one of those big win sessions, where you play well, make all the proper index plays in high counts, like standing 15 vs 10, doubling A8 vs 4, maybe even splitting tens and everything just seems to work out right.

I joined the Royal Flush club

After a good BJ win I figured I would run $20 through the VP machine... vp here is generally poor but I figured I'd have a bit of fun and rack up a couple player card points.

I was playing Deuces Wild, and held 3 to the royal. Sure enough when I drew, the missing queen and ace came in.

It was graveyard shift, DEAD, so only one person noticed, despite my loud exclamation of joy.

Unfortunately I left my camera phone in the car... I wanted to document it!
