whats like soft 17 and stuff like that, and whats playing KO blackjack or Hi-lo?
instead of typing all day explaining everything about blackjack from how to play all the way to card counting, im going to give you some links, because it appears you havent even read how to play..

do not worry about card counting systems like ko or hi-lo yet, because if you read about those now, im almost sure you would say, "whoa, this is way too complex, forget blackjack", but you dont need to count cards to play blackjack, and most dont.. if you play basic strategy correctly, you can get the losses down to around $1 lost for every $200 bet (depending on the rules at your casino).. this may seem complicated at first, but you are allowed to print out a color coded easy to read strategy chart to bring with you to the casinos to use at the table, which is as easy as reading a multiplication chart

A soft hand?

A soft hand is a hand that you can not bust on the next card you have an ace that counts as 11 with soft 17 you always want to take another card because of the fact that you can not bust and the dealer will always make 17 or better or bust. On a soft 17 if you hit it and get a 10 you do not have 27 after hitting you have 17 again. I would highly recomend you play on the stragedy trainer here you have a lot to learn and it will help you out a lot.
