Yuch!

Contrary to published reports, River Palms has no single deck.

The only semi-decent games I could find are:

River Palms DD (H17, das, $5 - 500) but penetration varies greatly and the DD game was only open about 12 hours per day & the pit is closed completely on graveyard.

Aquarious - DD the same but no das.

I got 15 minutes of a good single deck at Golden Nugget but any more than 3 players is a disaster - very strict RO6.

The Pioneer DD was barely playable but not good.

These are the only games I checked out.

Does anyone have any better reports?

Riverside deals mainly single deck games, restrictive Reno rules, but not unplayable. Trop Xpress is pitching doubledeck, and there's a few different games at Edgewater.

And as usual, penetration is the most important thing. And I can't remember any specific.

My counter measure is codenamed WALK ACROSS THE STREET. It's pretty damn effective. I'm not sure the casinos are on to this particular move yet.

Oh, they're versed. And they love it when people like you leave them alone.

Lol. I love it when counters get pissed off at a casino and decide not to play there. If I really hated a casino, I'd play there MORE...

Brilliant. "Screw you and your shitty games, Mr Casino Exec. The worse you make your games, the more I'm going to play them." Simply brilliant.
