You can forget about Jupiters as they are all CSMs on the main floor. Upstairs in the HR room you will find hand-shuffled decks, with $50 and $100 mins.

Crown Melb has some hand-shuffled first floor on weekends I think. (They seem to change a lot.) But it is mostly CSM there too. Sydney forget it. Brisbane forget it. (All these, forget, but get your butt on a seat in any HR room practically, in Aus, just bring plenty of cash, ID and be well-dressed and are not on their hit list and you should be set.)

Pretty much all Aussie casinos have CSM's on the main floor these days. Certainly Skycity properties do, and that's the same in New Zealand too. The days of the human shuffle shoe games are numbered. They're in Skycity VIP areas - but only because they know no blackjack player would ever give the CSM's a true shot with a large bankroll.

I wrote an article on CSM's some time ago that's still relevant: http://beatthecasinos.blogspot.com/2008/02/card-shuffler-friend-or-enemy.html (Archive copy)
