Default Ontario Canada report 7-09

I'm sorry to say that ontario canada is got to be one of the worst conditions I have seen around. I went up there over the july 4 weekend and was greatly disappointed. The games for low rollers like myself are gone so forget the whole place in general. The high limit games have csms and the upper limit is too low to make up for the disadvantage. It's sad to see the place go downhill so fast,I will not go back to the canada side in the falls. blackchipjim

Just curious but how much of a spread would you need to beat the CSM`s in the high limit room?

Default spread on csms

I do not subscribe to the notion that csms are beatable. No spread gives you an advantage with the machine. I was surpised to see the amount of people playing high min tables with them. blackchipjim

Not surprising at all since about 99% of players are ploppy basic strategy players at best. We tend to forget that. For them it really doesnt matter whether the tables are ASM, CSM, or hand shuffled. None of them is 'beatable' in the long run for them.

I'm surprised as well, many people sit on a BJ table that uses CSM.

I wonder if they ever searched on internet how to beat BJ.

Default Ceasar's Windsor

Stopped in here last week while in the Detroit area. This used to be a good casino for 8 deck games but it has changed.

They are now the only casino in Ontario that has a H17 game!! They should be disappointed in themselves. The limits were extraordinary. You could spread from $25-$25000 on the floor.

They are looking for whale action in the Detroit area.

As for Detroit casinos the rules seem to be the same - a mix of H17 and S17 and a mix of tables from $10-$25 minimum and some CSM action esp at Greektown. Detroit is considerably busier that Windsor.
