Rob McGarvey, a heavy duty poster - (privately) published a book of some variants of Hi-Opt II and ZEN.

Primarily, he tweaked the tags and ran sim's.
By so doing he found some interesting results.

He passed away 4 years ago, right? Is his wife still honoring the rebates? Will it still work for US players who can't sign up for the online casinos the rebate requires?

Rob died of a heart attack while waiting for Canadian socialized medicine to schedule his open-heart surgery -- which was to be a procedure identical to mine We were both in our 50's. In the U S A I had to wait just a day. Socialized medicine put him on the shelf until he no longer needed the surgery as he was no longer breathing ! Sorry about boring you with the ironic aside, as it is thoroughly tangential to the subject at hand.

VERY SORRY

He was extremely ill for a long time with congenital problems and as I remember it died a few hours after a highly unusual and dangerous operation. I do not believe he died waiting for socialized medicine. You can post stuff like this in the Zen Zone.
