Indiana appeals court says casino cannot ban counter

It looks like they also ruled that you cannot kick someone out for anything they want. I hope they don't fall in the same line as ac and start making their games significantly worse

Just what I was going to say. But AC can still half deck you if they suspect you or you are a known. I don't get how they do that though if you're wonging and jumping from table to table. they tell all tables to half deck while you're there? that's gotta piss off all the ploppies playing that night.

Oh and big congrats to the win in Indiana. I'm booking my next flight out right now!

I've only been there once (2007), but as I recall the games were on par with AC at that time.

I rather like the feeling in AC where I know I am not going to get dragged in a back room or arrested over some BS.

I'm not worried how it may effect the games.

It really doesn't matter if they can bar you or not, BJ in Indiana suck***

This ruling just gonna make the game even worse.

P.D.
Yeah, trust me, there's not much in the way of good blackjack Indiana. 6 decks, H17 LS with 2 decks cut off is about as good as it gets.

And guys, even if they can't back you off, I'm pretty sure they can use countermeasures that will make it hard enough (half-shoe, flat bet, etc.)

About three years ago, I got banned from an Indiana casino. They would not give me a reason. Does that mean I can go back without being arrested?

If you want to be sure, call the Indiana Casino Commission and ask them (and get a name).
