If you're comfortable with the shoe games, you can find better ones than the ones you're currently playing all over the strip. At a $10 minimum, you can find H17 DAS RSA LS 4.5/6D at many places. Some other places will also offer that at $5 minimums, or better pen, or both. CBJN (and thus, Wizard of Vegas) is a mostly accurate depiction of weekday conditions, but minimums go up in most places at nights and on weekends. Honestly though, I've had the best luck just by checking out places on my own and being surprised by games that are far better than their listing in CBJN would suggest.
As for your spread, you'll be OK playing short sessions in most places (especially if you can play the $10 games), but you'll be under scrutiny in most of the places that have good $5 games. I know a $5 min 5/6D H17 DAS RSA LS game where you can play pretty aggressively for a little while, but if you have too many 2x100 bets, you can be sure that you'll be asked to leave. Interestingly, there's a reasonable $5 min 4.5/6D H17 DAS RSA LS game downtown that handles big action and doesn't flinch with 2x100, but again, short sessions are important here. Hell, I was able to spread pretty heavily on DD games at Plaza and El Cortez without any heat, but I don't play long sessions, and I have a semi-decent act. Your mileage may vary.
