Was able to fly direct from Cincinnati in 2005, now I can't seem to find any domestic carriers flying into AC!

I'm talking about Atlantic City airport, not flying to PHL or BWI and driving.

Airport website only shows Spirit airlines.

I called Delta, and they only have the Delta connector via Atlanta!

Does anyone fly into AC anymore?

Are there no quick flight hoppers for people from the NYC area?

After 2 Vegas trips, work will take me to NY and I wanted to take a side trip to AC.

I guess AC ain't Vegas in more ways than one!

It sure isn't. Train service from Philadelphia to AC is regular and if you are coming from points west Amtrak might work, but you can't even get a train from NYC to AC. You have to go through Philadelphia. It's buses or driving or nothing.

But the bus service does run every half hour 24 hours a day between NYC and AC. Also to the CT casinos, which are slightly closer and better games for most players.

There are flights out of Republic Airport in Suffolk County,L.I.
They are $79.95 weekdays and $119.95 weekends, but Harrahs usually comps all but the lowest of the lo rollers.Several friends that are Gold card hoders have no problem getting free mid-week flights.
I believe Harrahs also runs a similar service out of Newburg,in southern uptate NY.

Wow thanks for the info! Newburgh is 45 minutes from me. That would be a blast, way better than the bus.

Probably not what you're looking for but we flew into AC from Pgh just last Sun 9 AM, left Tue 5 PM, on a junket flight. Two nights, free room, transport back and forth, $199/person. Obviously, you have to plan ahead and can only go on the dates he has. Free rooms still cost $6.96 a night lol.

Name of the outfit is J&M Casino Tours. They're in SC. Phone 800 526-8914 in case you want to inquire. I think he goes 11 times a year from here. I don't think they occur on Fri or Sat nights what with the free rooms and all. I assume he does this for other cities too but don't really know. I dealt with Jim. He's never there but gets back to you.

We've used another outfit too but I'll have to ask the boss about that one lol.

No regular flights from here either as far as I can tell.

Flights to AC

I have flown from Rochester and Syracuse, NY directly to AC. If you are a Harrahs player they have weekly flights directly to AC. It will include booze and a bus ride from the AC airport to the hotel. Contact the East coast Harrahs rep her name is Cara Lott 877-905-8943, she is the regional director for Harrahs in AC, she may be able to help with flights in your area. The flight from Syr or Roc, Ny in only 40 minutes. A great flight.

Harrah's has BOTH junket flights and Bus Junkets to their A.C. Stores - several times monthly.

Stops include Syracuse, Albany, Newburgh, etc.

The direct phone number to their Marketing Services Office:

866/499-3423 ~ or ~ 609/572-9403

The Director of junket operations is Sonny Ianole

The cash price for the Jets is $200 and 1/2 of that for the bus, but Sonny

is very easy to convince that you are comp-worthy.

Feel free to p.m. if you need further info.
