I might get some salmon sashimi to celebrate the occasion!

I have forgotten all about that lousy interview you gave Ron Paul! (rip anyway)
all kidding aside, this is one of the best things to eat.
I buy wild sashimi grade Sockeye steaks flash frozen, then thaw and enjoy with wasabi, pickled ginger, and soy.

Its not yucky at all - I add red bell pepper, spices - its a tasty dip reminiscent of hummus, and it drives the omegas into your system because they bind to the cheese protien.
I'm not referring to any other aspect of Budwig, which cures cancer. This is for heart health preventative. zg
