Not certain,I think its semi random.As in it won't happen two hands in a row,but you also can't simply sit down sixty minutes after the last round and expect to get it your first round.
I think its running thru the end of June. Weekdays only.

I don't know - if 3 players to same roll they've played 3 man-hours and wagered what one player would in 3 hours? Same EV to the bankroll per hour played or dollars wagered?

But without the variance since you'd be guaranteed 1 winner every hour lol.
