Best Time To Get Empty Table

I'm sure it varies from casino to casino, but in your area, what's the best time to get a table all to yourself with as low a limit as possible? Maybe in addition to a time there's also specific days of the week?

Week days, early morning 3am - 7am

In my local casino they are constantly evaluating table management and close tables during off time in an attempt to keep full tables.

VERY hard to obtain a table one on one, with the exception of HR room having NME.
