Default face up blackjack

i was trying to figure the house edge for this game.
mainly i'm stuck because i don't know how much edge the house gains when the player loses all pushes....

rules of the game (oh not sure how many decks, i'm guessing six)

Both dealer's cards will be dealt face up

All pushes lose except for when you have blackjack

Blackjack is paid even money

There is no insurance

You may split 2 cards of the same value only once. Split aces draw one card only

you may double down when your first 2 cards total 9, 10, 11 (including split hands)

Dealer draws to 16 and stands on al 17's

I believe the house edge is around 0.66%, but it depends on the exact rules. The Wiz has more info:
