Default Whats the best way to use promo chips?

I ue them as regular chips,keepng them in play until they are gone,but I recently saw someone who played with regular chips,reserving the promos for when he would DD or split.Does doing that help you somehow?

Don't see how hoarding the bonus chips could in any way be lucrative. They are worth absolutely ZERO to you until you convert them to reds since you cannot cash them in.

There are lots of angles on promo chips, and a smart player can increase their value substantially, depending on the particular type of promo chip involved.

I don't understand JG's esoterica on coupons... BUT, what I would do is use them for my count-triggered big bets - reducing flux. zg
