Default Legitimate counting question

We all know counting cards on-line is useless since the cards are "shuffled" after every hand. But how about this? I'm currently playing at Eurobet which offers single deck, no DAS, double on 9, 10 and 11 only, and ENHC. According to the BS strategy engine on this site, the house adv. is -.22
BUT, you can play up to three hands. Now, you obviously can't vary your bet size but how about using indeces? With 4 hands being played I realize it's not even getting 1/4 into the deck but it should help a little, right?

Even if it won't give you an edge, I would at least think it's the best way to play for the monthly bonus.

Don't you think its more trouble than its worth? Even if the edge goes from 0.22% to 0.15% have you really accomplished anything you can show on paper? If you really want to play a game where the odds are in your favor go to the blog http://www.blackjackinfo.com/blog/ and read about Pharaoh's single deck game which has a player's edge of 0.11%

Why can't you vary bet size?

Well I suppose you can vary your bet size all you want randomly. Just not according to the count.

Ok. I took "you can play up to three hands" to mean you can play three hands before they shuffle the deck. My bad.
