Problems Cashing Out at Casino-On-Net

I deposited $200 & got a $200 bonus from there. It says you need to bet 20x your bonus before you can cash out. I bet $4300 and cashed out but today I got an email saying I need to bet another $5700 before I can cash out & I am like wtf where did they get these numbers from. 200 x 20 = 4000 not 10,000. I called customer support and had to give them all this info like 3 times then I talked to some British lady & she was an idiot and did not get what I was trying to tell her & said I need to send an email. I didnt have time to argue anymore since I hd to leave so I sent an email & if that doesnt reslove things I will call & try to talk to someone else. Any thoughts on why I can not cash out? Do you think there is some catch now I did not see or are they just wrong? I think I am right on this one. I shouldnt have to bet 10,000 before I can cash out a $200 bonus.

You used Neteller, didn't you? It says in the T&C that the WR when using Neteller is 50 X B. I don't know why they do that, but that's the way it is.

you got to be kiddding me, so there is no way around this if i used neteller? can i just cash out my initial $200 and play with the $150 bonus I still have b/c i dont feel like playing another $5700 anytime soon to cash it all out.

I have to say i have been somewhat dissapointed with casino-on-net. They are one of the biggest online gaming networks in the world. Here in the uk thay have their name plastered all over everything, so must spend an awful lot on branding. Yet i have found their customer service to be nothing short of useless. Considering casinos want you to deposit in neteller it seems a very strange requirement. I don't think you can cash out anything, but you should really call them and ask them.

i can only cash out $150 & I have to leave in $200. i would not have deposited with neteller if i would have known you need to bet 50x rather than 20x, worst rule i have ever heard of. i am going to cash out all i can now, i will have to play a long time now, those bastards
