Default Crown Casino Short Decks

"Crown Casino has been fined - again - for using decks with less than 52 cards.

While the casino watchdog, the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation, found the use of incomplete decks to be "human error by casino staff" and not intentional breaches, the penalties and the casino's systems for controlling such errors have been questioned."

This was for games of Texas Hold 'Em, but a careless casino staff member could easily make the same "mistake" at a BJ tale.

Depends on what cards go missing from the BJ deck. They can get rid of all the 2s through 6s they want. Somehow, I don't think they'd make that kind of "mistake." More likely that some 10s or faces go missing.
