Sidegame 21-3

I saw a side game over the weekend, I've not come across before I think it was called 21-3 - I don't usually pay much attention to side games and its usally pefect pairs or no side games at all, so someone please correct me if i'm wrong. Basically you placed a bet on a 3 card poker/brag hand which was made up on your first 2 cards and the dealers up card. If I remember correctly It paid out 9-1 on all wins for hands such as straights, flushes, (plus other hands but can't remember now). I was wondering if anyone has played & beaten this game? Maybe by shuffle tracking clumps of suit cards or something simular?

Sonny are there links to other counting systems to beating 21 + 3? Has anyone created an unbalanced way to beat it?
