Default it seems that way Brutus and I might
add that " Chief" be the secretary of defense as well. He would bring alot of muscle to the department - lol. That was one of my all time favorite movies!!

Actually we ought to privatize EVERYTHING for the good of EVERYONE that matters. Except the military, of course.
