Ultimately, it will be more helpful if you post why.

There's nobody who's "good" at basic strategy. Either you know it or you don't. Likewise, there's nobody who's "good" at counting cards. Either you do it or you don't.

The "good" and the "bad" are all in the execution - whether you choose to follow basic strategy, whether you can keep the count accurately, whether you bet according to plan.

If you're looking for a team, I think there's a FAQ about it. If you're looking for a tutor, you're probably going to get ripped off.

Why are you looking? To learn? Team-up?

I am using the halves count. I also remember most of the basic strategy modifications according to the true count (I always have a minature paper in my pocket with all modifications anyway)

I want a team so that we can know the count of all tables at the same time, and not just one table.

And share accomodation expenses if possible.
