They eat the big cards you need when you push out the money, fewer the better, by a far margin.

Consider that you are a very strong player that does not have a great fear of the small cards, very strong indice play. You can also walk when it goes very neg. I am basically referring to DD play.

Very little if they don't enter or exit during a shoe and don't change numbers of hands.

by win rate, do you mean EV/hand or EV/hour?

i would think if you mean EV/hour, then your win rate would drop by virtue of you playing a lower number of hands per hour. the more players at your table, the worse for you.
