Default Spanish 21 Simulations

To anyone who can help (have posted this before),

I am looking for a way to simulate the following exception in redoubling for Spanish 21 games I play in:

Redoubling is capped at table max bet, so if you bet a table max of $500, your subsequent redoubles are only allowed to be $500 each as well.

I want to know how this affects BS for Spanish 21, H17, redouble game (it has to significantly right?). If no one has the answer, can someone tell me at least how I can get started running my own sims? QFIT? Anyone with a solid mathematical background?

I don't know of any ready-made software that can do what you're looking for. PowerSIM is probably closest, as it's a free, open-source blackjack simulator. But rewriting it for SP21 will take a fair bit of work.

(I've been loosely thinking about doing it myself, but haven't had the time.)
