Default Its in the central part of the state

It's in the east-central part of the state. It's a pretty fair drive from the coast. Probably 3 to 4 hours.

Default Philly

Philly has $10 double deck on the weekends. Some dealers that I have seen have pretty good pen others do not. The place is in the middle of nowhere and I would not rec. it.

They do have a pretty good poker room though.

You are unlikely to see a "spread-limit" STUD game in rural Mississippi.

Note that from Philadelphia, MS you can drive NorthEast to Tunica, MS.

Tunica has $1-5 spread limit stud games sporadically. Quarter ante, I believe.

Have you been there lately? My experience was very different.
