Default Dealers

Hi, I have a couple of questions, that I always ask to myself:
1.- Is it possible to deal seconds in a shoe game?
2.- When you are counting and comes a new dealer is possible that might afect your game?

Yes, but it's supposed to be much harder than with a pitch game.

Unless they reshuffle, it shouldn't. Some places will burn a card with a new dealer, so you'll lose one card worth of penetration.
