Default National Health Care, Abortion and Birth Control the Realistic Approach

If we start this disaster of national health care it could have one benefit:

Fewer abortions.

It's real simple.

Free birth control
charge for abortions

Not impeding on a woman's right, but cutting down unwanted pregnancies and abortions.

It is possible for a national healthcare program that is administered by the private sector. It takes a little imagination, that's all.

Already the government says a business can't deny service to persons based on race. In healthcare, we need a law that says the industry must provide decent healthcare for every person at affordable prices (guidelines are the government's role). The government can take care of those who can't afford anything. They are a small minority. I don't think many Americans object to government providing a safety net. It's when government gets into everyone's business that people get upset.

So you would be for abortions, if we had less of them and more people used BC and ECP's?

Default Depends on the Day you ask me

30 to 40 million abortions, something is wrong in a country with so many forms of birth control.

I have problems with:
Problem with vast number
Problem with late term
Problem with mid term
Problem with abortion because of inconvenience

the way to go
birth control
ru486
early abortions allowed in rape and incest cases

even I think bill clinton said abortions should be legal and rare. That makes sense to me and I am supposedly a right wing nut job

If in a national health care system birth control is free but abortions must be paid out of pocket there will be a double incentive to keep unwanted pregnancies from happening. They can't help but go down.

Eventually perhaps a world where babies are so valued that even women who have been raped or cases of incest will keep them alive; even though abortion is legal, some babies who are victims like the mother of rape and incest themselves are allowed to live.

I think the world I describe is better then 45 million babies killed.
