Default Cannabis for Card Counters

I am put off by your statement about hitting the "Blunts"

True SKILLED long lasting AP's do not use drugs, they fog the mind and that is a big negative. Also you will lose credibility on this and all BJ sites with such statements in reference to your use of mind altering substances, not to mention you will screw your life up before it has even had a chance to begin.

My friend, no sense in arguing - You obviously do not know Cannabis fact, just governmental propaganda - Look down apon it as much as you like but there are plenty advantages.... Matter fact " A drug, broadly speaking, is any chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function " ----- If you did not know Cannabis is not a " chemical " it is a plant

Disagree and not put off. Many if not most APs use drugs recreationally, including booze of course. And he didn't say if his blunts were medicinal, perhaps.

As for counting speed - 30+ seconds is too slow - need to breakthrough 20-seconds.

Either R7 or ZEN are good - but do not learn the current published ZEN. zg

not quite, the active substance in pot is indeed a chemical compound:
Tetrahydrocanibinol (THC)

Default Good Advice!

From CP. Throw the "blunts" away. They won't help you in any way and there can be many negatives with them!

Oh . . . and a quick story, non-BJ related.

When I left school at 16 I went to work at a financial institution in the City of London. Made lots of new friends, some of whom became quite close. One of them use to do the blow a fair bit, sometimes virtually chain-smoking it. In the end (many years later) after he finally went over the edge, he ended up in a psychiatric ward (where he could only leave to visit the hospital shop under strict family/visitor supervision), his wife walked out on him having given up any hope that he'd stop using - he hasn't seen his kid in years (she met someone else and didn't want her dope-head ex hovering in the background) - hasn't worked since and has relied on poncing off of the dole and receiving Housing Benefit to keep a roof over his head. All this for a guy who has an IQ up in the 130+ bracket.

I'm not saying that canabis was the sole cause of all of this, but it certainly was a major contributory factor in his downfall. Please don't glibly dismiss warnings of the risks as mere Government propaganda. They aren't. I've seen the fallout first hand.

Unless you grow and harvest the stuff yourself, like my mate you don't really know what s#it you're poisoning yourself with.

Stay healthy, and know when to call it a day . . . .

So does the state of horniness and the desire for sex, but I haven't given up sex! I just refrain from doing it at the blackjack tables!! lol You just need to separate your pleasure from "business" (the business of Blackjack), whether it be a toke or two of 420, alcohol, ect. There is plenty of time for both in life, just not together, so I must respectfully disagree with CP.
