Small sample of my latest trip. I stayed there for the first time in a couple of years instead of my favorite joint in AC. Now I remember why it's been so long since I stayed there/played there.
1. Nothing like not having hot water for your shower
2. Check-in and checkout lines are RIDICULOUSLY long unless you're a diamond member. (Took over 45 minutes to check in)
3. 8 decks with 75% penetration and H17---blehh
4. They completely shut down all of the WWW tables at 3am.
5. Ploppies are so bad that they can't understand why it's better to stand on a 15 vs a dealer 6 and of course get mad when they do stand on that hand and lose. After having a ploppie debating whether to insure her hand or not and explaining to her that dealer only has a 4/13 chance of having BJ (hush you card counters
) she still insisted on taking it because "she felt it"
6. Comps are atrocious. I played for 3 1/2 hrs at a $15 table and they refused to allow me to eat at their buffet. They said my play earned $5.
