Default The Blackjack Zone: free

Greetings.

After much thought I have decided ot make my book, The Blackjack Zone (c) 2005, free to download. It is available as a pdf file from my website, www.jacobsongaming.com (look in the Articles section).

This document is made available for entertainment purposes only, and carries no warrantees for the information or recommendations contained therein. This document may not be redistributed, recopied, or resold without the explicit written permission of the author.

With best regards,

Welcome back Eliot! It’s good to hear from you again. Thank you for making your book available online for free. I think your book will give many of our new members a solid foundation to build upon. It will put them in the proper mindset to analyze decisions in the casino and in their own lives. No more myths and no more voodoo, just solid logic presented in an honest and respectful way.

I guess my printed copy will become a collector’s item.

One of the great books for beginners. Mr Jacobson takes on and destroys many of the most popular misconceptions that haunt new players.

I just downloaded and browsed through a few chapters. My first impressions are that this book is an absolute must for beginners, but with a lot of very useful information for more advanced players, as well. Thank you so much for making this available for download.

I've only read parts of the first section so far:

Quote:
You bathe yourself in this world without choice; take solace in its peace and simplicity. There are no battles. There are no decisions. There
is no risk. There are no deadlines, no goals, no unfulfilled dreams, no lost love. There is simply another hand to be played correctly.
It's very zen (zone), I like it.

That's a nice free resource. I've added it to the Card Counting Resources sticky thread. Thanks Eliot.

Thanks Ken.

I was worried that I hadn't contacted you about this ahead of time, but I certainly want it to be a resource for your board and the larger blackjack community.

With best wishes,

Eliot
