Default Legal/Trespass Act

Im looking for links to blackjack case law. Specifically precedents regarding banning/trespass of skilled players. For instance the case law that keeps casinos from banning persons in Atlantic City, and the same prescedents that permit this practice in Nevada (Innkeepers law). If anyone has interesting stories of beating or losing trespass charges brought by casinos I'd like to hear those as well. What is the worst that has happened to anyone violating a 'No Trespass' order? I know jurisdictions vary so please post the governing body that held up the act if you can. Thanks.
