What does "LRFB" mean in comparision to RFB?

I googled it. "Laredo Regional Food Bank" (Laredo, Texas)

At some casinos I've stayed and played: "Lousey Room, Food, Beverage"

Perhaps different at different casinos but my experience is that your room is paid for but top of the line restaurants and things like expensive bottles of wine may not be comped.

L stands for Ladies, the casino will send up loose women to your room with a complimentary champagne nightcap.

Here I was thinking the L was Luxury or Limited ....

it stands for "limited" and it usually means they cap your drink (and possibly food) comps.
