Default Interesting BJ game

I have a friend who offers a home blackjack game. Some of us guys go and play over there since Vegas or any other gambling metropolis is not close. The rules he offers are very interesting...

2 decks used
BJ pays even money, but is automatic winner even if dealer has BJ.
DHS17
DAS
Split up to 4 hands
Re-split aces
Double any 2 cards
No surrender
Dealer peeks

What kind of an advantage does the house have on this game?

Hey, you can determine the edge under various rules using the Wizard of Odds blackjack page: http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack

He also has a house edge calculator at http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/ho...alculator.html , though it only gives the house edge for bj paying 3 to 2 and 6 to 5.

The HE is -2.08% which is massive. Your friend, if you can call him that is scamming you if you play that game.

If his penetration is deep enough (or he's sloppy) it still might be beatable.

Unless he deals deep enough for end play.

Sufficient penetration is enough to overcome just about any bad rule. (Whether it's worth the time is another story)

It's still beatable, but you probably need to ramp up at a TC of +6. If he's dealing most of the cards, and you can spread 1-100, it's quite doable.
