Casino Arizona... the continuing saga

I have played in that teepee!

Played there a bit while visiting out west. It's where I found they have the "ANTI-grifters gambit" rules in which if you want to spread to 3 hands, they want you to go 5 times the base bet! He must have played there and kicked their butts, I was thinking. I ground out a small profit there during my visit and make foolish remarks to the waitresses such as, "Take me to your teepee, baby!" (Which is stupid because most of the employees have all appearances of being of European origin).

hey !

dont make fun of that teepee! they will probably tear it down once the new building is complete. hopefully the new facility will have a non-smoking section, or better air circulation

the last time I played more than one spot, it was 2x minimum. up to 3 spots.

the pen is still close to 2 decks, and last trip over my play was watched by some suit. no back off, but he gave me the look when I raised my bet.

Making fun of the "teepee"

Joking around about the place but I really did enjoy playing there, Brutus! When visiting Phoenix I was there quite a bit since the place is practically right down the street from my mother's house. I was anxious to get up to Vegas but that whole tent set up and general appearance from the outside is something unique to see (the inside of course looks identical to most all casinos). I played in the "high rollers pit" where the big players play for a $25 minimum bet!

I think it's unfortunate that they are slapping up a typical building or structure in place of the giant "teepee" thing as it will take away from the uniqueness of the place.

they should have put up a dude ranch with bungalos like teepees. the mid rise is totally out of place in the middle of all that desert. there are still wild horses roaming the area.

oh well the tribe is very rich now, and they wanted something modern.
