Just to make sure i am reading this correctly, is the blackjack threshold where surveillance needs to be notified $100 or $500?

The susbstantially laxer limits are interesting in the high-roller area. But then again, it kind of makes sense, since continuous call outs would be quite annoying to a whale, I'd imagine.

Default Well!

If the minimum bet is $500 a call out for a $1,000 bet wouldn't make sense but if the minimum bet is $5 a call out for a $500 or $1,000 bet would make sense. I have seen a lot of places lower the maximum from $500 to $200 or $300. Survilance always pays more attention to people betting more money win or lose and especially if the person is winning.

Default charting action

I think the chart you got is about right for a large casino. The guidelines shown have more or less played out in the casinos that I have frequented. I don't get to a whole lot of different ones throughout the year but on a off the cuff observation it falls into what I've seen. blackchipjim

Default surveillance

I liked the last bit about "if the customer is winning, notify surveillence and the pit manager"... LOL. Surely surveillence should know that the customer is winning at the same time the customer does??? If not, then they're not doing their job very well are they... :-) Of course, if this is a large casino, they can't watch all of the action all of the time... I guess.
