Information on Red7 Indices?

Has anyone out there run CVData (or other simulations) to find the illustrious 18 and surrender indices for the Red7 count (1-6 = +1; 10s and Ace = -1; Red suit sevens = +1 as a proxy for measuring penetration)?

I read the post about learning the illustrious 18 indices (at http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showthread.php?t=9666), but I am curious how the indices are adjusted to work with other counting systems.

I have found the Red7 count to work well for me at some small(ish) indian casinos in Oregon but I am taking a trip to Vegas in February and would like to add index-adjusted play to my repertoire.

I read the article located here (Dead link: http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/...%20toCount.htm) in order to learn the Red7 count. This mentions a +2 index for insurance (and a few of the more common play changes), but I am curious what the indices would be for other plays.

I am also curious how to adjust the 6D shoe play I am used to using to fit the double deck (DD) games which apparently (from reading other posts here)can be very nice in Vegas (if using a modest bet spread and decent minimum bet).

Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated.

Thank you.

Arnold Snyder's books contain a wealth of information about Red 7, including indices, I belive, and they're widely available at any bookstore.

SD/DD changes

According to Snyder the only real changes for SD/DD VS 6-deck are take insurance at 0 (instead of +2 in shoe games) and obviously adjusting the starting count (-2/-4 vs -12 in 6 deck). In his books he also has an "advanced" red 7 strategy chart but it's confusing and I havn't really been able to figure it out. I have often wondered if there were red 7 values for the other indices also, however in his books Snyder says the few changes already in place supposedly take advantage of the most gain to be had.
