Well, if your wonging and you want the OPTIMAL departure than it would be anything below a +1TC where you might be at a break even game. Anything lower than that you would be losing money, so staying around would not be the best option.
PS. You may even have to wait till a +2TC in order to have an edge at some locations. Not all AC joints are the same.

For semi-wonging
I follow the general recommendations that most make for Hi-Lo semi-wonging...where you play-all until the TC drops to a certain level, then you leave the table (or take a bathroom break, my personal preference)...for Hi-lo, the general recommendation is to leave at a TC of -2, which puts you at an EV of -1%. Using level 2 Zen, the TC that gives you the same EV is -3
