Ms $5

I see on the Mohegan Sun website that they are promoting new $5 bj tables in the Casino of the Earth (is that where the poker is?).
Has anyone seen this live yet?
How many tables?
ASM's being used?
Anything else different from the rest of the games?
Long lines?
It is time to bring some real competition to these CT indians - it will help the budget crisis.

The one and only time I went to Mohegan I saw $5 tables available. The catch? The side bet - I forget what it what specifically - was mandatory.

Depending on the HE of the side bet (I assume it was large) that is probably a bigger rip off than 6:5. (For the small stakes player at least.)

Granted that was about two years ago, so this is probably not the same deal.

That game was Blackjack Bonanza, an in-house game where you had to make a $1 sidebet which paid on certain blackjacks. It's been gone for a little more than 2 years.

The bet was a ripoff for sure, but all the aces and faces had special, unique markings on their faces...:eyepatch:
