casino inside rules

Have one stinky casino in my city wich i like, i wuold realy dumb it but i like the loteries that are been playing there, and few realy nice female dealers.
They always look frightened when i ask them to show me the (my english vocabulary)"rule time-limit regulation order" the book with inside rules or smth.I have heard that they are forced to do this if asked, but they are allways afraid to bring one.What can they be hiding?What they dont want me to know?

p.s just about a half hour ago got kicked from the casino because i started complaining why the f*ck they payme blacjack 18,5 of 12,5 bet, when other pit bos told me earlier that when players do surrender with bet .... 0.5(chip) the 0.5 goes to casino and when with blackjack the 0.5((And math so also soo) goes to players.

Started get angry and broke some casino rules(quake gentle not wild style ) that pissed of pitboss and they trowe me out.Got pissed because about ~1-2 hours ago there supposed to be llottery with my chances to win ~1 out of 2.5(1/3) 300 my currency money(~150 dollars)... and i'm realy pissed of right now
