Default Zen TC Frequency Distribution

Can someone please run a sim? I'm looking for Zen true count distribution in a DD game. The criteria are as follows. Please let me know if you need more variables.

Average 2 players
TC = RC / remaining decks
Deck estimation is done by quarter decks, rounded down. e.g. There are 29 cards remaining, TC = RC / (2/4)
Penatraion: 65%, 70%, 75%
rsa and/or no rsa
h17
ds
no surrender

I'm looking for something in the following format:

TC...........Frequency
2~2.99 = 4%
1~1.99 = 8%
0~0.99 = 12%
-1~-0.01 = 8%
-2~-1.01 = 4%...

Also, please include sample size / standard error / any other info you think is relevant to the confidence of the simulation.

If this is way unrealistic, too time consuming, please let me know.

Looking forward to any meaningful or helpful replies. Thanks!

Naturally this varies by number of decks and penetration:

Here are some benchmark figures with numbers rounded off.
