Default "7" or "2" which one more important

Hi Lo system count 2 but ignore 7

but in blackjack blue book , the kiss count system uses 7 instead of 2

If we look at the EOR for a single deck game counting the 2 is more important.
2= +.40%
7= +.30%

i know they count "2" as half point

but its an unbalance count , it seems the half point is just used for adding "1" point for each half deck in order to count the deck remaining card

actually he can use 7 as half point and 2 as one point if 2 is more important than 7 ?

Are you joking? Sorry if it sounded mean, I didn't mean it to be.
