Sim / ROR scenario, please help

I've asked this question before and also searched for the ROR calculator, but I could not determine what my win rate per hour or st dev would be.

I'm curious if playing with 850 units would be a winning game and what the RoR would be to double it before losing it.

The game I'm looking in to is 6deck with great penetration(5/6 or better), DOA, DAS, RSA, H17, not sure if i'm missing anything else. There is surrender offered at this casino, but it very rare that the table will have other favorable conditions : ie a high minimum bet or too many people playing and crowding the table.

How does this soud? I'll have 85 max bets instead of 100 but I assume that shouldn't kill my risk of ruin?
