Bodog & check-based payouts?

#1
Took one last look around some online casinos that accept US players, and saw that a number of folks had recommended Bodog (a while ago, any way). When I checked their site today I see that they do indeed accept US players, and that the payout is by check which they mail to you.

Am I correct in assuming that when I take that check to the bank for deposit that they will shake their heads sadly and hand it back it me?

Bo Dog is bad news. They are a slow pay and other various problems. Sometimes it can take months. Why bother.

Hey -

I used BoDog...didn't play BJ (well, maybe a very small amount), mainly used poker. They used to take about a month for a payout, but the last one I received took about a week. I haven't had any problems cashing the checks. I've cashed either 3 or 4 in the last 8 months and no problems at all. Plus you can deposit with a credit card which is pretty sweet, I don't even think I could do that back in the hay day of internet poker. If you have any other specific questions feel free to PM me.
