Yes because my goal was to write out a blank check and fund the entire thing myself. That doesn't seem reasonable? no?
I think what these guys are trying to say is that it takes a lot of trust to work as a team.. especially when you are supplying the bankroll. I'm not saying anybody on here would take advantage of you, because i don't think most would... IF you don't know the guys your teaming with, you are taking a risk.
They and you have to make sure each other don't have any "bad habits".
