How Many Days Is Too Many In Vegas?
Greetings,
Was thinking of taking my first trip to LV (as an AP) and going for about 2 weeks. I'd only be playing 6D Red spread 1-10 or so (might get in just a little light Green). The only reason I'd go for this long is for the needed hours and practice. Is that too long of a stay or am I good to go?
Best regards,
FD

What is your primary concern? Bankroll? Getting bored/burned out? Worried about expenses (food, lodging, gas)? Possibly wearing out your welcome?

Good point. Primary concern is wearing out my welcome.
Best regards,

You are not going to be playing 14 days in the same casino, are you? Remember casinos have three shifts so it's very easy not to play with the same dealer or pitboss even if you want to play the same casino a few days in a row. I make at least one trip each year that is 14 days or more. I break it up so there is a day or two with no BJ, for my mental state.

FD,
If you're going to be mobile (have a car or access to one) you should be more than good to go! I have done >10 days in Vegas, Reno, and A.C. and have never found it to be a problem. I will be in Vegas for 11 days in a few weeks but like Shad said it's good to decompress; I plan on taking one full day off.

No. I've ID'd about 20 prospective stores to rotate through.
Any recommendations based on my play level how you'd spread that out (I'm thinking five 1-hour sessions spread across 5 shops per day)?
Also, is 14 straight days of five 1-hour sessions realistic from a mental state POV--or should I shorten my stay? (I just figure since I'm there anyway, I might as well make the most of it--or is this just too much?)
Best regards,
FD

At that spread you will be winning at little over 5$ per hour. Have you done your research on travel, accom, food etc. It is highly unlikely you will cover your expenses with those limits.
I don't think the length of your stay or the ammount you play is an issue as previously posted you can move about. If i were you i would play as much as possible with a view to staying two weeks and adjusting that to leave early when you feel it necessary to get out of there.
