Default Baseball picks

I've been trying a new strategy since 5/1 of this year and it seems to be working pretty well thus far (over 60% winners) so I'll post my picks on here starting with today and see how it goes.

Boston -2.42
TB -1.53
Detroit -1.34
Philly -1.62
Houston -1.78
Giants -1.4
Colorado -1.42

Nice job going 6-1!

Is your strategy to bet the big home favorites? Usually it's the home underdogs that have value.

Not specifically no. It just so happened to be that most of the big home favorites were picks. I'm well aware that just picking the home favorites is a losing strategy but you'll notice that I didn't take the Angels and a few other teams.

I like Pittsburg +234 against Philly. I figure every team has at least a 30% chance of winning and the Phillies aren't that great a team.

Hey Thunder, good luck with bases. Do you just bet with juice or do you also play the U/O's? Keep posting your picks, it will keep me entertained till foots season, lol.
I pretty much lost all my profit on college hoops, and with my summer activities (racing) and kids, no time to commit to researching for bases.

Thanks Luv,
I just bet with the juices. College Hoops is very tough to bet on so I hear ya on that. I wish we could have NFL football all year. That would make it so much easier I'm going to predict that the NL finally breaks their streak of 12 straight losses against the AL in the all-star game but I'm using my crystal ball for that one :-P
