Low bet tables in Las Vegas

I'm sure this question has been answered before (do I want to read ALL the threads...)

Anyway, what is the minimum bet table in Vegas (i'm a cheap player...) and what is the name of the casino (or Casinos). I'll be there in two weeks and if there were 1$ tables, I wouldn't say no.

1)What is minimum bet
2)What are the best conditions (i.e. rules)

Sahara has $1 tables with very bad rules- BJ pays even money.
El Cortez has $3 tables with very good rules
Fitz has a $2 table with mediocre rules
Wild Wild West and Slots of Fun( an annex of Circus Circus) have $2/3 tables, but I don't know the rules.

Where did you get that info? The Western hasn't had $3 BJ in quite awhile unless they added it after June 5th,and I have not seen $3 BJ in RR Pass for well over a year.
