I am virtually 100% sure that the answer is NO, unless they just started offering it very recently, after the established British gaming authorities loosened up a little on their tight game regulations.
If it ain't in the book, it won't be on any gaming floor. Refer to the UK Gambling Commissions rulebook on approved casino games - a PDF download from their site. I think it's buried away in the publications part of the site somewhere.
