Flight offers

I finally received my first free return-flight offer from a decent Strip property.

I feel like this is a landmark, as if I'm lucky (or very unlucky!), subsequent trips to Las Vegas will be extremely cheap, or free.

For those much more experienced than I, are these vouchers on the up-and-up, or are they filled with weird restrictions? (The published terms looked fine, though I hope that weekend availability won't suspiciously vanish...)
